A Broken Arrow is one of the possible overall objectives that a Criminal Organization may attempt to accomplish during a Covert Action Mission Set.

Description[]

"Remington, the President thinks something is going on that my people can't handle. I don't agree, but that doesn't matter. There has been increased covert activity around our military bases. The Pentagon is worried. It may be nothing, and it may be serious. The President thinks it's serious, so that's all that matters. Check out these reports and find out who's behind it."

In a Broken Arrow scenario, the Mastermind and his Organization have set their sights on obtaining a Nuclear Bomb from an American Air Base.

Their intended use for this bomb remains unknown.

Note that this Mission Set shares more than a little similarity with the Stealth Fighter Heist Mission Set. The first mission in both sets will always start with a nearly-identical introduction from the CIA Chief, making it tricky to identify one or the other straight away.

Plots[]

The following plots occur as part of a Broken Arrow Mission Set:

  1. Forgery: A set of Air-Base ID cards are stolen and duplicated to allow enemy agents free access into the Air Base.
  2. Data Crime: A Hacker retrieves Passwords required to access the Bomb itself.
  3. Theft of a Nuclear Bomb from the Air Base.
